Moriah Phase I Infrastructure Upgrade:

Moriah Phase I was a crucial project in alignment with the Town of Moriah's steadfast commitment to modernizing its aging infrastructure, ensuring a higher quality of life for its residents. The focus here was the replacement of existing utilities that were showing signs of wear and tear.

Our contributions included the installation of approximately 1,000 linear feet of 8” new sewer main, featuring the incorporation of new precast manholes for robust and efficient sewage management. Simultaneously, we laid down 700 linear feet of 8” ductile iron water main and established new service connections to provide residents with access to clean, reliable water.

To complete the project, we turned our attention to the surface. The streets received a fresh coat of paving, new concrete sidewalks were thoughtfully installed, and resident lawns were restored, ensuring that the entire area not only functioned smoothly below ground but also looked pristine above.

The Town of Moriah, with its wealth of history and notable figures, holds a special place in our hearts. This includes being the home of Johnny Podres, the legendary Brooklyn Dodgers pitcher and the 1955 World Series MVP. At Manfred Construction, we take pride in contributing to the progress and preservation of such communities with rich legacies.
