MY STORY
Hello, I'm Charles Manfred, and I proudly serve as the President and Owner of Manfred Construction Inc. My journey in construction spans 34 years, commencing as a Laborer in 1989.
For over a decade, I honed my skills at Kubricky Construction in Glens Falls, NY. Working on major projects throughout New York, I progressed through the ranks to become a seasoned Project Manager.
In 2000, I embraced a new challenge as a Project Manager at AP Reale & Sons in Ticonderoga, where I extended my expertise to projects in both New York and North Carolina.
In 2011, I founded Manfred Construction, driven by a clear vision—to establish it as one of upstate New York's premier contractors. This journey was marked by unwavering determination and the strength of our team.
I've come to understand that success in construction isn't solely measured in monetary terms; it's about inspiring a team, earning trust from financial partners, and realizing a vision.
Under my leadership, Manfred Construction has secured multi-million-dollar projects, a testament to our exceptional team's dedication and skill.
I'm passionate about shaping the construction landscape in upstate NY, leaving a lasting legacy of excellence, and serving as an inspiration to future generations in the industry.
