Rhicard Hills 80k Housing Infrastructure | Fort Drum, NY

Manfred Construction proudly took on the contract for the Rhicard Hills sixty-acre housing reconstruction project as part of our continued support for the military housing initiative of Fort Drum Mountain Community Homes. This endeavor aimed to revitalize and replace aging housing originally constructed in the 1970s, enhancing the living conditions for military families.

The comprehensive infrastructure project catered to 160 new homes. It involved the installation of all-new sanitary sewers, sanitary storm systems, water distribution networks, gas lines, and primary and secondary electrical distribution systems. Ensuring safety and convenience, we provided each home with a paved driveway, a newly constructed road, and the addition of concrete curbs, gutters, and sidewalks.
