Senior Grade Officer Housing | Fort Drum, NY

The Senior Grade Officer housing project was a pivotal component of Fort Drum's Military Housing Privatization Initiative, aiming to enhance the quality of housing for high-ranking service members and their families. Our comprehensive contract encompassed the installation of new HDPE water, storm, sewer, gas, and primary and secondary electrical distribution systems. These essential utilities are the foundation of comfortable and functional housing, ensuring the well-being of our service members.

The scope of our work extended to earthwork activities, including site balancing and the construction of stormwater ponds and emergency spillways. Safety and environmental considerations were paramount in our approach.

Completing the project, we addressed the finer details, including site lighting, road and driveway paving, as well as concrete curbs and sidewalks. These elements combine to create a secure, welcoming, and aesthetically pleasing environment for our servicemen and women.
