We undertook a significant 25-acre site project for the construction of a remarkable 99-room, 65,000-square-foot Candlewood Suites hotel. The comprehensive contract encompassed a wide range of tasks, including mass excavation, utility installation, stormwater ponds, precise concrete flatwork, and skillful asphalt paving.

This endeavor was a collaboration with Lendlease, a prominent public-private community developer, who entrusted us with the responsibility to complete this project for IHG Army Hotels. As owners of an extensive collection of private-sector hotels situated on Army installations and Joint Bases across the U.S., IHG Army Hotels sought to establish a welcoming haven for traveling service members, their families, and all government employees.
