n 2011, the Site 4 housing project marked a significant milestone for our newly formed corporation, Manfred Construction, Inc. This project also represented the inaugural contract in a long and successful history of work at Fort Drum, the largest military base in the Northeast.

The project's primary focus was the installation of crucial site utilities to support 180 new homes. This extensive endeavor included laying 6,500 linear feet of 8” HDPE water main, 7,000 linear feet of 8” sanitary sewer, 11,500 linear feet of 4” gas main, and 7,000 linear feet of 12”-30” HDPE for storm sewer. Additionally, the project featured the construction of 70 storm manholes and catch basins, along with 40 sanitary manholes.

Our responsibilities extended beyond installation, as we conducted pressure and leakage testing, ensuring the system's reliability. We meticulously handled water system disinfection and chlorination to guarantee safe water supply.

The Site 4 project symbolizes our commitment to excellence and our role in supporting the infrastructure needs of our nation's military. At Manfred Construction, we are proud to have played a part in enhancing the living conditions for those who serve our country.
